Do I need a plan to use MusicLaunch?
No. MusicLaunch is a fully-featured app without any subscription. All 15 sections, every tool, and complete export capabilities work with the base purchase. Your team is included for your first 30 days; add Backstage Pass, VIP or All Access whenever you want all 15 roles working for you after that. The app purchase is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
What happens to my data if I cancel my plan?
Nothing changes. Your data is stored locally on your machine in a SQLite database. When you cancel, your team stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, and you never lose access to your data or the core app features.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
The app itself is a one-time purchase — $99 at our launch price ($150 after launch). You own it forever. The optional monthly plans for your team (Backstage Pass $15/mo, VIP $35/mo or All Access $150/mo) keep all 15 roles working, and you can start, switch plans or cancel yourself at any time, in the app under Settings → License or on our License Help page.
I already own MusicLaunch. How do I add or change my plan?
You don't need to buy MusicLaunch again. In the app, go to Settings → License and click Get a subscription. Or go to our License Help page, enter the email you bought with, and we'll email you a link. Already have a plan? The same two places let you switch plans, update your card or cancel.

Backstage Pass ($15/mo) gives solo artists up to 2 profiles — yourself plus a band or side project — with the standard monthly allowance across all 15 roles on your team. VIP ($35/mo) is for artists running several projects at once: 3X the monthly allowance and up to 5 artist profiles. All Access ($150/mo) is built for labels, managers and studios handling a roster — 10X the monthly allowance of Backstage Pass and up to 20 artist profiles. The allowance renews monthly, and you can upgrade any time to raise your limit.
Is my team made up of real people?
No. Your team is 15 AI assistants, each set up for one job on a release team, like the Publicist or the Booking Agent. They work from your MusicLaunch data, and they draft and advise: you decide what gets sent. They never write or shape your music.

One Mac at a time. MusicLaunch keeps everything on your Mac instead of in the cloud — your campaigns, contacts, files and your chats with your team — so running it on one Mac keeps it all together in one place. Getting a new Mac? You can move MusicLaunch over any time: on the old Mac, export a backup and click Deactivate (both in Settings), then activate the new Mac with the same license key and import your backup. If your old Mac is lost or broken, you can free up your license yourself on our License Help page.

Your license is fine: free it up on our License Help page and activate MusicLaunch on your new Mac. Your data is different. MusicLaunch keeps it on your Mac, not in the cloud, and we don't have a copy, so we can't recover it. Turn on Time Machine, and every so often keep a second copy somewhere else, like an external drive, or iCloud Drive or Google Drive if you're comfortable keeping your data there (Settings → Data Backup). Then a lost Mac costs you a computer, not your work.

Your key is emailed to you right after you buy — search your inbox for “Your MusicLaunch License Key”. Can't find it? Enter the email address you bought with on our License Help page and we'll send it to you again.
